Dan Albano’s FAB 5 girls basketball players of the week:

Ahzira Faletoi, Tustin, Jr.

The so-called “super” small forward – she’s 5-foot-3 — grabbed 22 rebounds to help the Tillers upset University 43-40.

Taylor Feldman, Crean Lutheran, Fr.

The athletic guard scored a school-record 51 points in a 103-32 victory against Orange.

Sydney Gandy, Los Alamitos, Jr.

The point guard earned MVP honors at Ocean View’s Hawk Holiday Classic after helping the Griffins win the tournament title.

Leah Manning, Capo Valley, So.

The guard averaged 24.5 points to help the Cougars go 2-2 at Ocean View’s Hawk Holiday Classic.

 

Izzy Om, Fairmont Prep, Sr.

The Albany-bound point guard earned all-tournament honors at the Troy Classic, helping Huskies upset No. 3 Troy.
