SEA VIEW LEAGUE

Dan Albano’s predicted order of finish

1. Capistrano Valley: The reigning league champion Cougars, ranked No. 21 in the O.C. preseason poll, will surround first-year quarterback Trey Kukuk with one of the best group of receivers in the county. If the defense does its part, they will again be tough to beat in league.

54. DANE BENEDIX, Capistrano Valley, WR/DB

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound junior caught 40 passes as a sophomore and then impressed during the South County passing tournament in July. He is a physically-gifted slot who will be hard to stop.

94. TREY KUKUK, Capistrano Valley, QB

The dual-threat junior takes the reins for the first time but displayed plenty of promise during summer passing competition. He also teams with one of the best receiving groups in the county.

128. OWEN TAYLOR, Capistrano Valley, WR

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound senior is a burner who gives the Cougars a legit deep threat.

142. JACKSON SIEVERS, Capistrano Valley, LB/FB

Sievers was one of the best freshmen in the county during the spring. He’s 6-foot-2, runs well and plays physical.
